What these tools actually do
An AI undress tool takes a photograph and reconstructs it without clothing. Most of the twelve above do more than that: some animate the result into a short clip, some swap faces, and some generate an image from a written prompt without touching a photograph at all. DeepSwap has no undress feature whatsoever despite ranking for the term. The label is looser than it looks, so every review states what the product is before judging it.
What a generation really costs
Credits are the standard pricing device in this category, and they make cost hard to compare on purpose. A pack price is not a price per image until you know how many credits one job spends. Where a provider publishes both, we do the division: PornWorks prints the cost on its generate button, Unclothy charges one credit per image in every mode, and Veners prices in coins with no published exchange rate at all. Where nothing is published, we say so rather than estimating.
Consent is the part that matters
Every tool listed here prohibits uploading photographs of real people without permission, and several advertise that exact use on their own front pages. Generating sexual images of a real person without their consent is unlawful in a growing number of jurisdictions, including under UK law and several US state laws, and a terms page does not change that. Use synthetic images, or images of adults who have specifically agreed to this use.

- Using one on a synthetic image, or on a photograph of an adult who has agreed, is generally lawful. Using one on a real person without their consent is not, and prosecutions and civil claims are increasing. The provider transfers that risk to you in its terms.

- PornWorks and Unclothy, because both let you work out the cost of one finished image before paying. DeepDance publishes no price at all.
- Do any of them have a usable free tier?
- Not really. Free allowances here run from about one generation to a handful, usually watermarked and queued behind paying users. Treat them as a way to judge output quality, not as a way to produce anything.
